Thank you for shopping with Thirty4 Stitches. Each quilt and handmade item is created with care and attention to detail. Please review our Shipping Policy below to understand how and when your order will be processed and shipped through our Shopify store.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Where We Ship

Thirty4 Stitches currently ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Processing & Handling Times

Because our items are handcrafted, processing times may vary.

  • Ready-to-ship items: Orders typically ship within 3–7 business days after payment is processed.

  • Custom quilts & made-to-order items: Processing times vary depending on quilt size, design complexity, and current production volume. Estimated timelines are provided in the product description, at checkout, or during your custom order consultation.

Processing time reflects the time needed to create and prepare your item for shipment and does not include carrier transit time.


Custom Orders & Customer-Supplied Materials

Some custom quilt orders require materials to be provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping all required materials to Thirty4 Stitches unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Customers are responsible for all costs associated with shipping materials to us.

  • Production begins only after all required materials have been received and approved.

  • Thirty4 Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by late, missing, or incomplete materials.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method when sending materials.


Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier selection is determined by package requirements unless a specific option is selected at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, Shopify will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delivery Delays & Responsibility

While we do our best to ensure timely shipment, Thirty4 Stitches is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal or carrier delays

  • Weather events or natural disruptions

  • Carrier service interruptions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing and handling are outside of our control.


Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Packages

Thirty4 Stitches is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly assist with initiating a carrier claim when applicable.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution in accordance with carrier guidelines.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Thirty4 Stitches is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment of returned packages.


Policy Updates

Thirty4 Stitches reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be posted in our Shopify store and apply to orders placed after the updated date.
